If you unplug the ECU for a bit and plug it back in again, will it be as before or does it need relearning?

.....and if it needs relearning, how do you do it?

ECU is reset to default. It learns when the temp gets above 90 ish. You don't do anything. See bible for more details.

OK cheers. So I guess it'll be a bit iffy until its been up to 90 and down again.
