Hi guys,

Parents coming down at the weekend to visit and we need somewhere to eat. Been to the Firehouse Rotisserie already and we're on quite a tight timeframe so need somewhere we can book (so Jamie Oliver's is out of the window). Any suggestions? Preferably in the centre of Bath.

Thanks,

HH

We had lunch around the corner from Jamie's an Italian called Enzo's. Its only been open a couple of months and is the second one the owner has, the first being in Weymouth I believe. Really good food and great service.

We always stay at the Queensberry and their restaurant is of quite a high standard -

Enzo looks good, just waiting for them to ANSWER THE PHONE.

Been to Olive Tree - fancy somewhere new, although it is very nice.

Rajpoot - most of family don't like curry. eek

Hole in the Wall looks very good, so if Enzo doesn't answer his phone we'll probably be going there.

Demuth's - don't be silly.

Hudson - this is the clear winner, if only it was open for lunch! Could do with a lovely Porterhouse lick

Cheers for the suggestions, any more keep them coming! Will probably be booking later tonight/tomorrow.
