Personal Chef services

Currently organising my wifes 40th, I've book La Gavroche for her actual bithday but she is also having a smallish party on the weekend. I don't have time to cook and prepare the food for 12-15 people so I'd like to hire in a catering team or chef/waiter/wine waiter.

Any recommendations or suggestions?
