Hey Guys,

Need a country pub for Sunday lunch near Bournemouth for a group of 8 hungover 30-somthings for a post stag do drink and meal.

Any ideas?

any side- within 20 mins of centre- Ringwood ish would be good, but can travel for a nice spot!

The Woolpack in Sopley - its got a nice outside area too.

As I used to camp at the site next door as a kid, I always stop off at the Red Shoot in at Linwood, not far from Ringwood. Nice staff and their own beers are pretty good, as is the food.

It's not a pub, but the Boathouse in Chrtistchurch isn't a bad place to have a hangover, the staff are particularly easy on the eye wink

We ate there last weekend - very nice

The High Corner is pretty good, plus it has a gravel track leading to it, with a few fun corners....

Its on the edge of the New Forest, about two miles out of Ringwood, and near Blashford.

Failing that, the Alice Lisle is closer still, just inside the forest boundary I think.
