Try re-setting the overthrow.
Slacken off the two big nuts at the centre of the clutch cover and back them both off a couple of turns.
Then set the clutch stop clearance at the adjuster bolt. I normally remove the clutch arm spring to do this. You must set this absolutely accurately.
Finally get a buddy to push the clutch pedal right down to the floor and turn the inner of the two large nuts until it just touches the clutch cover. Release the pedal and turn the nut half a flat - no more than that. Then lock it into position with the outer not and do it all up tight, taking great care that the inner nut does not move any more (most important).
The clutch is now set and if this doesn't cure it there are several things it could be. It could be a worn clutch arm bottom ball, or excessive crankshaft end float. I've experienced both of these faults. Also it could be a worn clevis pin through the clutch arm.
Try re-setting the arm first.
