Poor men jealous of (supposedly) rich man shocker...
Yes, that's sure hit the nail on the head. There are huge numbers of supremly wealthy individuals that any sane and right minded person on here merely holds admiration and respect for.
This chappy aint one of them

Did anybody else spot 'his plate' NO 1 in the Sunday Times this weekend?
£220k+ IIRC.
While I'm sure it's meant to be "number 1", I can't help but reading it literally, as in a nobody.£220k+ IIRC.

That flat is actually quite small and doesn't look like a quality development from the outside. There will be many many better flats in Manchester.
It's not small and neither is the development of bad quality. In 2009 I rented what was his apartment for 6 months, I'm unsure as to how long it'd been since his departure from it. A premiership footballer now rents it, I live in the same development in a smaller flat (recession!)
As for SA, I'm not aware of what he's up to these days.

EFA.I would not say I know SA very well but I have spoken to him on a few occasions over the last year and found him to be the complete opposite of what you would imagine. He openly admitted that the way he used to act was immature and egotistical making him look like a D**k especially these TV shows which were played out to make him seem even more like a t*t.
The focus now seems to be on his wife and future family and no mater what anyone says he trains like a beast and works as hard as anyone I know. From what I see he is very slowly gaining respect from credible resources and gone are the days of trying to be the main focus in the room.
Like anyone who is trying to reinvent themselves, admitting their mistakes and putting in the effort I wish him all the best and hope things work out for him

So, is he really worth 300 million, or whatever? The focus now seems to be on his wife and future family and no mater what anyone says he trains like a beast and works as hard as anyone I know. He will not have been the first guy and wont be the last to get taken in by all that media crap and say what they tell him to so it makes for good TV/reading. People believing you are worth hundreds of millions will have came with its benefits and im sure lots of people would ride that train if they had the chance. He seems to have a nice lifestyle, happy wife and doing something he loves, who knows if his app will be worth 10k or 100 million some day ...
from the long thread that got deleted I went and looked at his website etc. I couldn't really work out what he was selling' it was all full of crap like you read on facebook - you know - 'take yourself to a higher level' etc
so from that I conclude he does not actually make any money. The only thing that vaguely could have made an income was body building products eg protein shakes but that market is flooded so no real money in it imo.

The Cardio Guru app looks like it has the potential to do very well, if only he'd release it to the masses and stop delaying month after month and blaming Apple for it.
Although he has clearly come a long way in terms of knowledge and approach to the whole HIIT thing, there still is an underlying monster ego clawing to make an appearance.
He often gets in to spats on social media with other fitness experts because a lot of what he spouts is believed to be simply regurgitated and highly plagiarised.
There's no doubt about it, Natalie, his wife, is seriously attractive. Although her presenting style and cooking skills leave a lot to be desired from her YouTube channel.
I'll be buying a copy of the app if it ever gets released just to see what it's like.

Poor chap, he looks ill. Hope he gets help. Now, if the French presenter said he was 39, that I would certainly believe! But Mr Alexander? "Late forties", I'd say.
And by "late forties", what I really mean is "fifty"...
