New Owner Seeks Help
Discussion
A new Wedger is seeking some pointers as to who can help him with maintenance. Jim lives in Liverpool and wants to look after his car himself as much as possible or find some local Wedgers to show him the ropes.
Can anyone help?

Jim,
I've only had mine a year, and found Steve Heath's book The TVR Wedges absolutely essential (fiver in the post Steve?)
I think the biggest attraction to the Wedge as far as maintenance is that most bits are either Austin-Rover or Ford, and hence available somewhere or other. Mind you mine's a 350 not a SEAC ;-)
And as a last resort you can always ask us lot...

Hi Jim,
Welcome to the club, there's lots of friendly people on this forum. All you need to do is ask anything you want about the car and im sure the guys on here will be able to help you out. Best thing for you to do is join the local TVR club and meet fellow wedges.
Steve
I couldn't agree more. There is a wealth of information available on this site. Everyone is very helpful. You can often post a problem, get a response and have it fixed faster than driving down to your local garage. It's cheaper too!
