Shipping a parcel to Japan

Can anyone advise the fastest way of getting a parcel to Japan ?

Normal courier methods - I'm not planning on booking a flight and sitting with it on my lap

Needs to be there for Friday (their time)

UPS/DHL/FEDEX

Won't be cheap though, its pretty pricey the other way around!

If normal passengers were able to take the parcel - seeing as they're going there anyway - ooh, 90% to me and 10% to them

UPS are £70, collection tomorrow, delivery Friday which sounds rather impressive.
Now struggling with HS codes and shipping documents..
