Vintage Omega De Ville

Hi all

I found this watch in a jewellers a couple of years ago and fell in love with it. The only catch was that it had no paperwork or box with it so I haggled on the price and took it home.

I've had it verified that it's a genuine Omega De Ville. The strap is white gold and the diamonds round the bezel are all genuine but i'd really like to get an original Omega box for it (from the correct time) and if possible some sort of history. Does anyone have any idea how old this watch could potentially be?

Any ideas where I would start with the box - i'm going to get the watch serviced by Omega soon so i'll contact them to see if they have any of the watches past history.
