M4 Westbound - road works = nightime closure?

I've got a quick question on the Westbound M4 past the bridge toll bridge in South East Wales.

I know that after 8/9pm they were closing a section of the motorway and am hoping someone can let me know if this is still the case - travelling up to Swansea tonight so will plan contingency route but hoping M4 is open.

My dad travelled that way about 9:30pm I think but I don't know what time it closed. Sorry.
