If you have 4 usb ports, a memory card reader and a 60gb hard drive, then you have the 60gb version.
Oh God, bought this about what, 2 years ago and I don't think it has 4 usb ports.Dammit. Absolutely loved Vice City. Maybe I'll just buy a PS2 for the hell of it (you can still find PS2's hanging around right?)

Loads of them on ebay. Whats the number after chech on the back of your ps3. i.e. ceche03
Morning. Right, sorry for delay, I've found this serial number on the back of my PS3, CECHG03.Edited by twinturboz on Friday 13th August 15:44
Does this mean it's forward compatible for PS2 games or no?
Thanks, Simon.
Mine plays PS1 & PS2 games, it's one of the launch day 60gb models. I occassionally fire up GTA:SA (I managed to copy over my saved game from the PS2 with a memory card adapter). I've tested it with Silent Hill for the PS1 as well.
The only downside is the graphics look pretty terrible on LCD/ plasma screen compared to older CRT displays.

I do hate the way they removed that ability. I have a 60gb model which I bought ready for GT5 near launch (har har), and one of my most-played games is GT4. If I'd held off a little, waiting for them to get cheaper, then I'd probably not have bought one. Being able to play PS2 games is a massive thing.
