why can't i update my pogo lert???

the software just keeps saying "unable to open comunication port COM1" or com2/3 or 4.

license expires in over 2.5 years and all subscriptions paid for etc.

if anyone can help very much appreciated

I get this a lot, pretty much every time I try to update it I get the same error message. What I've found to resolve it is to keep plugging it in and out and eventually it should work. Failing that, try again tomorrow!

I had an origin before the pogo and the weak point with both seems to be the interface/update with the computer

FWIW, log in online onto their website, keep the browser open, minimize it then update. seemed to work for me. absolutely ridiculous but seemed to do the trick.

Delete your update utility and reload it. Should fix it.
