Non Web Based Email Addresses

Im trying to register on a forum and it wont accept my Hotmail account or my Gmail account, it says all web based email addresses are banned.
How do I get a non web based address?

Buy hosting (www.web-mania.com i used to use them years ago fairly cheap and fairly reliable)
You can have your own domain, email address and host the forum yourself

Whoever provides your internet probably gave you at least one email address with it. Use that.

They've probably only blocked the common webmail providers, so try a few of the many aliases that mailinator.com offer...
