Chap on tvrcc wedge forum posted request for parts for interior & headlamp pods for 350i he's putting back together. Posted advice for him to join this site.

Do respond as you did for me when I was made to feel welcome over the last 2 weeks and he'll be on the road in no time.

PS You could always put replies on tvrcc wedge site - hardly anyone does, and so you guys with experience could .... aw, shucks, come on people

Problem is, Jim, one can only spend so much time in front of a PC, so one has to be choosy in the number of sites to read!
Personally I'd rather be working on the car than talking about it....

Must admit the last time I looked at the TVRCC forum it only had a few posts, most of which seemed to direct people here although it now seems to have grown since then..

Er, woke up this morning to discover that I have been admonished by someone at " specific marque related vehicular brotherhood. org " for posting a suggestion therein to said fellow devotee that he avail himself of the benefits of .... freedom of movement between sites.

You aint seen me in Basil Fawlty mode then? - This is how nazi Germany started and all that.

Still, kicks you in the guts when all you wanna do is share your enthusiasm

Did someone from the TVR club have words with you?

Well Stainless, I stated my opinion and, after the required exchange in another place, it would seem I am still righteous.

Thanks for all the help guys, it's been a curious couple of weeks since Shadowfax came my way.

Looking forward to Bolton Abbey & BBWF that's for sure - and Power & Passion ( tvrcc ) if I can get to it

Tis a shame if the club have felt that PH cannot be refered to as it takes people away from their own forum, but given PH seems to have a greater TVR following than any other manufacturer, it does seem daft they don't. Ho hum..

I think they are having a big push on the Web site and are taking the 'Corporate view' ..
