Steering Rack Gaiter - Source?

Hi all,
Can anyone advise on the make of the steering rack gaiters - I have a torn one.
Are they vauxhall like I believe the steering rack is?

I just went to my local motor factor and asked for a steering rack gaiter.
They do universal ones which you cut to the right size and Bob's your uncle.

The rack is not Vauxhall but a bespoke TVR item so the boot might be too, I definately wouldn't risk a universal boot as if it fails the rack is about £700!!!

I too used a universal boot - can't see the problem - a bespoke boot can fail just as easily as a correctly fitted universal one......!! What's the cost of a steering rack got to do with it ??

A split bespoke rubber boot isn't going to guarantee a replacement £700 steering rack anymore than a split universal one ??
