For s/h tyres?

I'm going to have a pair of rears spare (245/45/ZR16) SO3s, they have about 5mm tread on them.

If there is a market how much?

I recently swapped all 4 of mine when (as far as tread depth was conerned) only the fronts needed doing. I swapped the rears because I'd never heard of Marshall (!). I sold the rears for £40 the pair to someone who wanted them for a track day.....

I would imagine a reasonable set of SO3 would be worth £50 or more for the pair based on this. I wasn't selling for money, more from a "if they're of use to someone" point of view.

Thanks,

I have SO2s on the front (which have just failed an MOT) and SO3s on the rear. I'm not a fan of Brigestones (sorry purists) and my favoured tyre the GY Eagle GSD3 is out of stock and on back order with GY, so I've changed all 4 for Proxys for £350 delivered, just need to add the fitting cost.

So I'll post a for sale notice next week.

Where did you order the Toyos from?

I went with Toyos all round on mine too.... very happy with them.

Personally, got mine from the local place -- Malvern Tyres in Bradford on Avon, Wilts. Very helpful, and was very careful with the wheels etc, and spent tiem getting the balancing right. Drives really nicely since

Yep that are for a 500.

I buy ALL my tyres online from www.xpediatyre.co.uk they offer an excellent service and their prices from my experience, are excellent. Ask for Graham or John if you call, mention my name and you never know I might get a discount next time.
