Orange GPRS down

Or so the recorded message says when I called them a couple of hours ago. I have not had a 3G signal in SW London all day and thought it was the phone (HTC Desire).

Anyone else noticed this?

Yep, i got the same message to! went down for me about 6pm. I'm over in southampton. Still not working.

Home in basingstoke last night - not working. This morning it was fine.

Got into work (Bracknell) and it was still fine. Stopped working an hour or so back.

Had no data connection this morning at all. Not sure about last night - was working during the day, and I was at home on Wi-Fi all evening.

Aha, that makes me feel better, I thought my phone was screwed. Oh well at least I got WiFi at home

I was going to give up with the Desire but so glad there is an issue with reception!

It's national and intermittent.
You may have two orange iphones next to each other; one will work, t'other won't.

I've faffed around with my E71 for ages trying to get the bloody thing to work and then decided it was the ongoing Bristol City Centre 3G problem, but obviously not. Nice of them to pro-actively tell their customers!
