Hello,

We seem to be having a problem with our home internet at the moment. It's Virgin/NTL line.

We have a desktop (connected through wires)
A couple of laptops (connected wirelessly)
A couple of iPhones (connected wirelessly - obviously)

There's only ever usually a max of two connected to the wireless at the same time..

The problem seems to be if one device visits a certain site (say eBay or Facebook), none of the other devices are able to connect to that site for the rest of the day...we get "page cannot be displayed", ahem, displayed.

Anyone got any ideas?

Who me ?

You could ask the New Delhi connection ,to get things temporary resolved 24 H later ,and then go bad .OR - go to the feedback/complaint form on the Virgin site . It's hidden under the "contact us" ( at the bottom of the page) .That gets you response from a UK bloke -and they do care about sorting out problems permanently (unlike Delhi ,who see anything as a result)-some months on ,I'm getting calls to see if my speed is still OK.This dept really do care about customer satisfaction .
