W126 500SEC ARB bushes!!!!

Hi all,
I have a wee problem.
I know its a biggy.
The O/S ARB bush clamp has snapped! There is a lot of corrosion in this area to be sorted also under the battery tray on the other side.
Question is, How do I get the fusebox out? I've removed the two screws at the front, it moves a bit! I've removed all relays, can't see any fixings for the rear of the box.
Essentially, Im going to remove all the bad metal I can and replace with good, how many bits should I remove to acheive this? My AC doesn't work so am not worried about deplumbing it to get better access. Would removing the second firewall be a good idea?
