The final of the Great & British Festival is upon us this weekend at Thruxton, and it looks like Adrian Churchill could run away with the Dunlop Sport Maxx Production Cup in his Vauxhall Astra VXR. He's managed to hold off the Nissan 370Z of Craig Currie, and just hanging onto second place is Ryan Bensley, winner of last years Race Academy.
Looking forward to the family fun day at Thruxton too, what a way to spend bank holiday weekend!

Much to my surprise, the meeting at Brands Hatch was excellent, certainly one of the better meetings at Brands this season.

Any idea how the CSL cup is doing, was the superb 20 car grid at Brands a one off, or is the genuine amount of interest in the championship? (Some at brands were Europeans?)

Better than we had in pembrey i think it was 8 0r 9 cars for the csl cup they need to do something about the sport max race the entrys are just rubbish for a suposed fedder series to the btcc the old mini racing and the welsh saloon car champonships where the best races over that weekend

We are working on it, the series has so much potential but needs cars to survive.

Thruxton was awful (9 cars) but Rockingham and Donington have 14 cars each already so interest is improving. With another 18 eligible cars out there I'm hoping we can continue to grow.
