Ok, just bought an iMac, delivery tom, do I need to buy any special leads/ software to transfer all the pictures from my PC to my iMac?
Also, how much of a ball ache is it going to be to transfer my iPhone stuff from PC to iMac?
Finaly, any beginer books reccomened to purchase to help me start using the system?

PC -> iMac = usb stick/external HD

iPhone -> iMac = iTunes?

That easy? Fantastic, didn't know if I had to convert the pictures in any way, also, the pc has more apps on it and music than my iPhone, I thought all data was stored localy not on iTunes? Or can I log onto itues on any pc and access all my stuff then?

What OS are you running on your PC? You can always network the iMac and PC together and transfer your files that way. On the books side of things, I've used The Missing Manual series by David Pogue for years - assuming you're getting a new iMac then you'll want the one for Snow Leopard, less than £16 on Amazon. Handily, it has plenty of info on networking a new Mac and a PC together....
