Bootlid release not working....

Hi,

I have a 1999 Mercedes CLK and the boot will not pop up or unlock as it always has done before....

Doesn't unlock with the rest of the locking (via the boot push button)
Doesn't pop open when pressing the boot release on the key fob.
Doesn't pop open when pressing the boot release button on the centre console.

All 3 options have always worked fine previously, so wondering if this is an electrical problem maybe?

Worst thing is, the funny key part that you slide out of the fob, wont open the bootlock (dont thing either hace ever been used before)....

Checked the fuses, and there seems to be 3 of them that releate to bootlid release.... one in the engine bay (which is fine) and two in the bloody boot (go figure)....

Sorted..... Promlem was the bootlid 'pin' I hadnt put it back right after changing a bootlid mounted rear bulb..... :-)
