Another victory for Japanese technology ?
The only vehicle to travel the complete route !
We ran as the 48 hour car - in front of the main rally - checking the road book, control locations, hotels etc.
11 countries, 12 border crossings ( left Mongolia twice )10,500 miles 1700 litres of Derv.
Apart from the longwinded processes crossing borders (9 hours getting out of China) the only real problem we had was getting fuel in France !!
Am amazing challenge for competitors in open cars , covering 500km - 600km day after day , just dont eat the food in Iran !!
