Picked mine up today, and dead easy.

The motor, speed controller and servos are already installed.
You simply put in your receiver and battery.

Not really flown a powered glider before, but Jesus it goes.

Took me 5 attempts to land it, as it glides so flat-especially in a breeze tonight- that I really had to concentrate on cutting power on the other side of the sports field and trying to get it down.

Does anyone else here do much rc gliding?

Yep I've got quite a few gliders, I fly slope soarers in the Peak District:

Middle Phase 2 (classic slope model: aileron wing + 2 stage high-lift wings)

Minus - T (SSA club model: balsa flying wing)

Ridge Runt (balsa/ply small aerobatic model)

Slingsby Kestrel (scale fibreglass)

V1.1 (self built twist-wing slope soarer, fibreglass/ply/balsa)

Currently building carbon fibre wings for the V1.1 for lighter lift conditions.

Started slope soaring back in '91. Takes years of practice to achieve my current skill level, particularly landings:

(taken this June).

I fly a Windrider Fox on the slope. Nice plane, like the look of the fox. Not seen an ST Models Fox in the flesh.

I also have for the slope:

Go-Gliding Nano Floh
Cmpro Discus
PSS Hawker Hunter
PSS Hawker Hurricane
And something else scale but I dont know what it is called.

Cheers

Guy.
