HELP...
Could anyone sell me an OIL PRESSURE SENSOR for my S1?
I've ordered one two months ago at a dealer , I call them every day , they answer that they've sent it or they're going to...and I wait in vain...
Many thanks;
Sylba

Suggest you try David Gerald if you haven't tried them already.

Just this morning a Ford dealer recommended Mecury Motors in Twickenham 020 8892 0337 for older/obselete Ford parts. Not tried them yet myself.

Also worth trying Ford engine specialists e.g.
Specialised Engines(www.specialisedengines.co.uk) - 01375 378606 or
Burton Power - 01371 874753

Hope you are successful

Hi,
It seems to be a TVR part...
I've tried to fit a VDO sensor , no problem at all...
bot with the engine "off" it indicates high pressure , and when the running speed increases , the indication goes down...
Please , excuse my English , but I'm french...
Many thanks for your answers.
Cheers

Hi,
I live in the east of France , in Alsace...
There aren't many TVRs , nobody knows these cars , most of sport cars here are "made in Germany" or Italian...( you know , those fast and expensive red cars)
I've in the fact ordered the oil sensor at Peninsula , they promised me to have it on stock , but since then nothing arrives!
Cheers

Hi,
I'm French too, with a 400SE, try to order your parts here :
Voici le nom et le téléphone de l'importateur TVR en Belgique, de plus, il parle Français, ce qui n'est pas désagréable.
