I never post in here, so be gentle

As the title I need to come up with a simple dessert to go with a fish risotto, any ideas?
Something very easy to prepare that I am likely to find at the only Dutch supermarket open on a sunday would be good too

Fruit would be good but more effort than I am likely to able to expend, sorbet or maybe somekind of chocolate?

Your recommnedations please

Tarte Tatin! use any fruit you want and get some frozen/packet pastry!

Lemon posset, only three moving parts and utterly delicious.

Would cut through the richness of a risotto nicely... I can post a recipe if required.

I have pretty much no preparation time to do it, so it's going to have to be something simple

600ml/1 pint extra thick double cream
150/200g of caster sugar
Juice and zest of 2 large lemons

Pour the sugar and the cream into a pan and bring it slowly 'til just under boiling then add the lemon juice and zest.

Pour into individual ramekins and allow to cool.

Place in the fridge and chill until you want to serve (minimum 45 mins).

Thank me later wink
