El Primero service/repair specialists?

Excuse something that might look like a pea roast, but I want to find someone (other than LVMH for £ reasons) to whom I can entrust mine for diagnosis & repair.

I ask because I've had contact with 2 oft-recommended service centres, one of whom couldn't diagnose, the other said "that's an automatic, isn't it?" when I telephoned, neither of which filled me with confidence.

Where do El P movement owners send their watches please?
