I would go with this one, three very good relaxing pieces by three great composers. Don't personally know about Yuri Bashmet, but quick youtube listen and he's a very good musician

Incidentally we listen to 'Piano Perfect' on the Got Radio side of iTunes, its constant and consistent relaxing piano music, worth a listen if you like that sort of thing, if your a connoisseur then it'll might offend

had a listen now, dmtsis suggestion found me wanting to slit my wrists, bit dark for relaxing for us.
the pieces you mention Shadow are also a bit to stiring, I think Adagio classical is more our tempo by the sounds of it but nothing on that list
the Mozzart piece later in Nov was lovely but it is at the 'palais des sport' and not the 'Grande Theatre' itself
may go with the Mozzart as the music is more important than the venue, shame, the Grande Theatre is stunning!
thanks for your input

That's my feeling on those pieces, good as they are.Why not go to the place you want to go to and feel the emotion added to the grand setting?
had an incredible evening, it was our first time at a live classical performance and I think that bridged any gaps, your help made me think a little harder so thanks for the input
