Whats the most you have ever had, and were they intentional or, you know, not quite legitimate?

Im on day 6 so far, as i cant drive with my injury.
I burnt my thumb, and now its blistered and gone septic, so im on a really strong dose of penicillin to cure it. The doctor reckons its going to be at least another three days though frown
Im only just back in the UK, and have recently started a new job, so i dont want my employers thinking im taking the piss!! Luckily (i guess!) there is evidence a plenty in the form of a large bandage over my thumb!

So, whats the longest for you?

none this year so far, 2 weeks last year when my mum died.

I am guessing you do some sort of manual labour job where you need to full use of your hand and arent simply claimg you cant drive due to a booboo on your thumb!

No, not manual labour, but the size of the dressing required for my thumb means i wouldnt be insured as its not safe!

Jesus fking Christ - are you hell-bent on getting me banned again?

Longest up until may of this year was 1 day off, but due to a certain incident at the end of april i was off for 31 days due to damaged shoulder muscles, damage to elbow joint needed light physio on it, i can do my job with one arm but work said to take the month off as the accident happened in a works party and i wasn't at fault biggrin.

Worked for the same company for 17 years, I tallied up my days off and it's 10. 5 of those were when my mum died 8 years ago.

I got my dick stuck in my manager's wife's arse. Had to take a week off work as she was going on holiday that week. Luckily the manager accepted my apology and excuse. So, mine's a week.

Do schools allow pupils to use the Internet during class these days? No wonder standards have slipped so low!
