I got one thrown in when I purchased my car, but you can buy them from the dealer, saying that I think I have only used it twice in 2 years, too much hassle to fit if you use your car regularly

Also with most of the V8 vantages you have to remove the aerial to fit the cover and secondly the car must be very clean as when fitting or removing the cover can cause scratches, I would normally only recommend a cover if the car is not used regularly,

For the cost of an AM car cover, you could afford to build a garage... with a marble floor!

what is it with the constant dig at the dealers.

They only supply what Aston give them.

The is 2 outdoor covers now available , one is around £300 and the new one that is made of Gortex is £500.

You pay for what you get , my golf waterproofs where £180 years and years ago, so for covering a whole car , i dont think it is that bad.

My cover has the shark fin so im guessing it would fit cars with external aerial, but i agree with what you say, the only times I used it was before the snows hit earlier in the year

Did you watch the video?

I reckon it would take me about two hours to fold that up. I have a small version for photography and its a nightmare. I do like the concept as I dont have space in my garage for a car and hate it being on a driveway.

What a riot - I'd like to see someone try that in a high wind!
