I've radically downsized my life and am having a huge clearout. I've decided to keep my acoustic (which I love playing around with) but sell my electric guitar and amp.

So, where is the best place to sell a Fender Strat (mexi, 60's reissue) and a Blackstar HT-5 2 cab amp? Any idea on value/price I should ask?

At the moment I'm dusting them significantly more than playing them frown

Pitch the guitar somewhere between the new price (£500) and the base model (£400) if it's in good condition. If it's had a rough life somewhere around £375 should get a bit of interest. For the amp it's a bit trickier since you can't post it really. I've spotted one new for £400 so you need to go a bit lower than that.

If it's a good price, and a sunburst strat, I may possibily be interested smile

Thanks guys. I'll probably try the amp first and see what happens - I just want to avoid ebay if possible, hence the question. I can't remember what I paid, but £400 sounds about right - much over half and I'd probably be happy.
