The world decides that everyone and anyone who wishes to reside in any Country on the planet can no matter where or what. *
Except for a few provisios, any incumbent has to pay their own way for themselves family and siblings no matter their age health or whether a child is born in the country they chose to be "anygrated"TM
in, they cannot claim any benefits medical housing or any subsidy whatsoever including food water or any benefit apart from landing on the shores of your choice.
What would the world look like and where would you "Anygrate"TM to..
