I just bought 2100 points from cheapxboxlivecodes.com, and the code they sent me isn't valid. I have emailed back for help, but I am wondering: does this happen often?

Well, after no less than 6 emails back and forth, I got sent a new code, that is really good customer service!

Yep, she even asked me to email back to confirm the code worked...
