I saw it on the BBC earlier this morning and it said that there were people in the water, thankfully sky appear to be suggesting rescuers aren't sure if there were any on board.
Not as bad as Sky headlines suggest - was on a canal and the ferry was a foot ferry. Still not good though - I understand there have been a number of people resccued. I hope no fatalities.
