Cyclescheme advice

Hi,

Registered for my cyclescheme voucher at a local bike shop who told me what bikes I could order. Received my voucher on Friday and I have been back to the bike shop who now say that they cannot order the bike that I originally wanted. Can I now change bike shops to get the bike that I want??? even though the voucher is registered at the one particular bike shop? I am going to contact Cyclescheme but they are only open Mon-Fri

They will switch the voucher for another partner retailer, no forms, no drama. Will probably ask for you to return it via your employer rather than direct. I did this for exactly the same reason and it was dealt with inside a week.
