cos we have just been returned to the dark ages-no point even thinking a car or even a 4x4 will do the job on our road anymore
allow me to rant if i may-road destroyed(two thirds width) by pipe laying workers,cut off for 3 days(no access in or out,car left over a click away),puncture on first day of works as some lazy,fat retard chucked self tappers about
,rained for 2 days here and now all the infill has either sunk or washed out,foot of claggy mud for 1.5 km till i hit tarmac,f
king lethal,one car crashed in field(it was perfect tarmac before and one of the reasons i bought this particular finca),5 nde's(this is in 4x4),car stted up to the mirrors and now weighs 720 tonnes instead of 2,saw one of the workers who gleefully told me they won't be laying the new tarmac for at least 2 years(i sat on my hands)and now for the best bit-a nice fat bill for €1800 for the privelidge of having new water pipes(only you will have to pay for the last 300m on top as thats not our resposibility-nice touch that)-i have a well and free water!no ifs or buts you pay or we embargo your house whether you want our water or not.i fking hate fking spain fking backward horse fking inbred bunch of robbing wkers.oooo let me see now, so with this logic let me visit a resteraunt and pay for the fking kitchen for a meal i dont want,fk this country-cant even sell up and fk off.

and try and think of all the good things you like about Third World Spain. 
On a positive note, did I see something on the news yesterday, that they have come up with some new laws regarding speed bumps, and pot holes?
I think it was along the lines of no more than 6cm deep for potholes, or you can claim for damage, and speed bups have to have a certain gradient, to avoid damage to vehicles. Or is that donkey carts?
Oh, and here in Mallorca, if you have a well, they put a meter on it now, and charge you for using your own water!

sunglasses on,new keyboard and all swore out-its quite therapeutic scraping mud off my 4x4 and just sitting in my toys on the drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!none are going anywhere anytime soon.yep they tax the well here(if they know about it).as for "rate my rant"i thought i deserved at least a 7 for effort and the sympathy vote!
now for some perspective as i don't want to seem too harsh towards my host- i did visit the bikers bar near me yesterday and a cute little pillion babe was showing her tiny thong above her jeans,the sun was shining,the coffee was good,but she had to go and spoil it,talk about hairy biker,her skinny t revealed the yeti is alive and well(front and back),how inconsiderate.guess i am not quite recovered yet!

Yachting season is over, so I'm getting off the Island for a couple of weeks soon. Going to Blighty to see some mates, get some shiny stuff made for my car, and drink some real beer.
Looking forward to it, but I know I'll be happy to get back.
You shouldn't be scraping mud off a 4x4 anyway! Clean 4x4? Disgusting!
