Well my ongoing saga of dodgy running continues - went to Austec on Tues for a service/rolling road session. Good experience on the whole but opened a whole can of worms. previous to the visit I sent my injectors to them for a match and clean whilest I used a set sourced by Christian (Stephensonink on here). Much improved fuel economy and pulling for around £130, my figures (not unichipped) came out at:

168.7 BHP @ 5392
124.8 BHP at wheels

197.2 lb ft Torque @ 3271

Not at all bad - however drove the car to Colchester and it ran like an absolute pig under 2000 revs spoke to Paul on the phone and he (after apologising for not speaking to me before I left) reckons my ECU is shot and my injectors are pulsing at the wrong time! Anyone got a spare ECU lying around in a drawer at home?! Also just for good measure my shocks need rebuilding - anyone had this done by AVO - and new springs!!

If anyone would like to borrow the spare injectors to get theirs done and still use the car just drop me a line - NO CHARGE.

Oh and I need new manifolds as well...
