Need some help with XBOX 360.

I have media on Two PC's (one XP, one Win7) & a laptop.

I currently share the media (mostly films) on the XP machine to XBOX using TVersity.
I have setup Windows Media Centre on the Win7 machine but this is truely crap.

Ideally I want to have TVersity or similar running on all 3 machines to the Xbox. but under videos it only lists the XP machine and can't see a way to either delete it or add to it. Surely this can be done via the xbox?

Any advice?

I have never managed to set up my Xbox as an extender. Not really fussed about it to be honest. The laptop has a remote control and HDMI so I can use that for media on my telly.

I have never got tverstity to work as it should. Everytime I try to stream films it starts transcoding and then fails.

Gave up on it. Now have appleTVs to do media sharing, also a lot quieter

I have TVersity running nicely on my older (XP) PC.

You need to have the codecs installed to make it work, and it has always worked well for me. But I am having the issue that I can't add an additional Source.

I don't want to get AppleTV as I dislike itunes & I don't have a mac.
