Side by side fridge.

Hi guys.

I got my self a side by side fridge last week.
I have left it at list 24 hours standing before I plugged it on the wall.
My question is how long those things take to reach the correct temp?
Has been on now for at list 18 hours but there is not sign of any temp change in there.

Trying to get to Whirlpools help line is imposible, so any help would be great.

It should take a couple of hours at most.

Phone the place you bought it from, not the manufacturer.
