Transferring Songs From L:aptop to Laptop

Morning Guys,
I've finally bit the bullet & bought a new laptop, a Macbook 13".
Currently i have a Dell Inspiron with about 85GB of music on it, all in Itunes.
Now as my filing system is rubbish, the tunes are EVERYWHERE on the Dell, i have some purchased from Itunes, Some purchased from DJ'ing websites, some ripped from Vinyl, some ripped from CD's, as such they're in hundreds of different folders all over the computer, but if i use them through Itunes they're obviously fine as i've got all the shortcuts created.
My Issue is this.
As i need the music for DJ'ing i HAVE to transfer it all over.
Is there a simple way of doing it all like getting Itunes to find all the files, group them together then i just have to copy over 1 huge file of music?
Or will i have to go through the laptop & find every individual folder in which i've put stuff?!
I also don't really want to lose all my Play lists in Itunes aswell, is it possible to keep all of these?
