Mozilla help please...

Just had to replace the pc suddenly, so no definitive back ups.

I do however have a caddy and the original drive.

What Id like to do is pull the bookmarks and adress book of my old drive from thinderbird and firefox and reinstall on the new machine.

Ive done the google thing, but Im aconcerned I will end up wiping the data I have already.

An idiots guide would be most welcome.
