Hi,
I'm trying to buy a Jaguar D Type model for my OH for Christmas. Not Scalectric, just a nice sized model of the D type for coffee table display. I have looked on the internet, fleebay have one going in the next six hours, but it is around the £72 mark already and it is in the USA.
So, does anyone know where I may be able to track one down in the UK please.
Thank you.smile

Cheers.

Just trying to find a d type let alone a short nose is hard . What little there is either sold out or pre order.
There is a chance yet

I have a 1:18 Auto Art D Type but it will cost a bit more than 72 quid.

Coincidentally I'm just reading Duncan Hamilton's book, 'Touch Wood' and I believe that's one of the cars he and Mike Hawthorn raced... Looks like a good model.

Autoart do or did a short nosed D Type at under £50 but it's sold out frown

Thank you all for looking.
I just wish I was searching for something more common.
