...within an hours drive of the chunnel? Or on the way back from Brugge?

I'm off there on a day trip - some shopping in Brugge probably and want to pick up the necessary Vodka and ciggies. Any idea where the best (read cheapest!!) place is going to be? I imagine City Europe is going to be the most expensive place?!
