Boat Engines.....as in outboards

I have just bought myself an 18ft boat for fishing round the lochs of Bonnie Scotland. The thing is it comes with 2 Tomos 18hp engines. I've had a look at our friend Google and did get some info on these but the question is how easy are these to work on and do they need a specialist outboardy type guy to service and repair them. I don't mind getting stuck into them, but would prefer some information first.

Aren't Tomos the Eastern European bunch who used to make mopeds that were sold in Marks & Spencer? I can't imagine them being exactly complex.

They were made in Yugo before the war and were never started up again. They were moped makers you're right.
