Anybody bought a webcam recently ?

Need to buy a webcam for my parents and send it to them for them to install so needs to be fool proof !!

Anybody recommened one that is easy to install and use ?

from PC world a few weeks ago for about £35 I think. cheaper than on the website. Easy to use and good quality.

Bought one from asda a month or two ago. £10. just plugged it in and it worked.

How easy it is to install will depend on their operating system - if Vista/Windows 7 then you should be able to pretty much plug in any standard webcam and it will automatically install and "just work" - if XP or other you may have to install drivers as per the disc provided.
