To Let Boards

I'm looking to get one or two To Let boards made up for my small portfolio of properties, whilst the signs seem cheap as chips all the companies are wanting around £50 to do the artwork. Does anyone know where I can do a design myself that I can send on in the correct format, I'm not wanting anything complicated just the basics.

If you post up some more details, I'll knock something together for you if you like. Will need the basic details (company name, phone number, URL, any other details that need to go on the sign) and the dimensions and required file format for the manufacturer.

I appreciate wrong side of the UK, but i use this company, they might be able to help you or put in contact with a company nearer to you.
