Scooter Music Video for early 2000's...

Guys i wonder if you can help.

Was hunting around on Youtube today after a discussion here in work about a song that was released at roughly the same time as Stacey's Mom by Fountains of Wayne : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZLfasMPOU4 (maybe a little earlier though if i'm honest) whereby the music video in question that we are looking for has a bunch of Mod's riding around on Scooters in it. For the life of me i just can't remember the name of the track. All i can remember is that it was a one-hit-wonder.

I seem to remember a Blur vid involving scooter riding but that doesnt match with your one hit wonder thing.

Thanks for the replys guys.
I really can't remember any other detials from the video (or about the song for that matter) apart from in the video it had a bunch of lads riding around on some Vespa's & Lambretta's.
