I do hope Lambert sorts out the defence in the close season. We were woeful yesterday. I think now they've got safety and have just taken their eye off it.

Also well done for Grolt for getting the most Fouls in the Prem smile.. Not quite sure how he managed that TBH.

Maybe, just maybe, he was played as a striker, rather than a winger wink

hehe We could all see it! What is it with these daft managers and no clue of team selection?

Shame he's not got the chance to have most fouls in Euro 2012 frown

He may commit a lot of fouls, but I wouldn't say he is a particularly 'dirty' player. Just puts himself about.

Whitbread and Wilbraham are not getting new contracts then.

Not surprised about Wilbraham tbh but thought Whitbread would have got a new deal. Especially with Barnett + Ward still on the books.

Must have a few defensive targets in mind though. Interested to see what calibre of player we will bring in over the summer, especially in defence.

I can understand why Wilbraham didnt get a contract, but not Whitbread. I would have him down as my 1st choice centre back. Ward has been very iffy, Barnett seems out of favour.

Lambert MUST have something up his sleeve - defence was our biggest issue last season.

A couple of these guys have definately had their heads turned. Whitbred is ok, not as good as he thinks. He's been linked with Sunderland, but I don't think he'd first choice there.

Holt, well i'm gutted. He's a Norwich legend and always will be, as long as he doesn't sign for the Blue scum. This has to be about money imo. At least he's done it at the right time (ie end of season rather than January). He doesn't owe NCFC anything, 70 goals in 130 games is a phenomenal return on £400k. If he's still at NCFC next season, i'll still cheer him on, if not, good luck and thanks for your efforts, NCFC will still go on.

Don't fret. If we need to we'll just get in Steve Bruce and Jason Scotland as replacements. I'm sure we'll be fine eekeekeek.

I don't understand the issue about 'asking permission to speak to the manager'. Norwich have said no, but Villa go do it anyway?

Granted thats how we got him in the first place, but why even bother asking?
