king quiet today isn't he? Had a great day at FCR. Sore throat from singing, stiff neck from watching the Hoooofball! A sadly 1 dimensional Ipswich team who have over achieved with the resources that they were given by their multi millionaire owner!!!! Norwich by far the better team and an epic second half - the sending off changed nothing as the handball stopped a goal. Bring on Boro! OTBC

A bit unfair I think- and I may be due a Whoosh Parrot here but Mad Mick has been given very little by the ‘mysterious arms dealer’ club owner (apart from a £5m invoice each year for compound interest on the debt 
) and he has had to survive off loans and ‘frees’. TBF he has worked miracles with what he has at his disposal- this does however explain the paucity of quality in the football though.They have competed all season by dragging teams down to their (as you say 'hoofball' tactics) level- simple but very effective stuff. So much so that we fell for it for 3-halves in the 2 games. As soon as the sending off happened and Mad Mick had to go for it (and I really admire the spirit in keeping 2-strikers up, even increasing it to 3 when down to 10 men), the spaces were there to be exploited and we could get the ball on the ground, pass-and-move and use the pace we have to open the game up.
Boro will be a different proposition though. With them there is a bit of quality in the side (Bamford especially) and they have a very tactically astute manager. An obvious comment but the first goal will be vital. If Boro get it (and it is similar to the FCR game) I fear they will do everything to stop us playing- we will see the remaining game broken up and lots of time wasting, feigning of injuries etc etc. If we go 1-0 up, they will have to come and play and it could be a multiple goal epic (a 5-4 win would be nice!). I just hope Martin and Whittaker are actually awake for the first 20 minutes this time

I got a ticket the day they went on sale, but could only get upper tier. I assume you would have to be pretty swift to get lower tier seats. Anyway, as the saying goes, there's not a bad seat in Wembley.OTBC
Middle level, block 220 for us. There's 9 of us going down. My Mrs say for 3 hours after the Ipswich game to buy the tickets while I was in the pub celebrating the win. She's a goodun.
Heading down early and parking in East london to avoid the scrum for parking over by wembley. I'd imagine by 1pm we'll be in one of the designated City pubs.
