Billy no- mates !!

Took a trip out on Friday evening to a pub I used to visit in my Grinnall scorpion days, a bikers pub where you can get over 500 bikes in an evening. I wanted to see the reaction of bikers to the Atom and was a little apprehensive to say the least.
On arrival ,someone shouted out 'hey batmans arrived'! which I thought was quite funny ,then was mobbed by at least 15 of them bombarding me with questions, I never had that much attention with the Scorpion.
The bikers seem to warm to the Atom. Whether it is the Ducati style frame or the fact that you where the same gear I don't know,but as my first love is Bikes and I like it !
You can never be a 'billy no-mates' with an Atom.

Actually, the biker thing is true. I think they recognise that an Atom is just a bike on four wheels.
I'm always getting the thumbs up from bikers - even when I'm in the Volvo! (oh, but only when the Atom's on the trailer behind!)
